A great selection of food at the good breakfast. A nice size and new-fashioned units with an open windows and amicable staff.

The Wheelchair Accessible room had open windows and a table with chairs, which was great for our needs.

All the services were AMAZING. The location was particularly good and marvellous and the free parking was on-site. Also, Firdos Square was 2 miles away.

The a double room I got was included with table and chairs, an open windows, a beautiful view. Incredibly nice and amicable staff who were always there to help. The location was unbeatable, near to brand's shops and cafes as well as restaurants.

the hotel is located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, making us feel comfortable throughout our trekking trip. the room was spotless and well-maintained, with a fantastic view of the surroundings. the staff was warm, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet had a great Middle Eastern style with fresh and delicious food. We also enjoyed using the gym and appreciated the big window in our room best for saving energy while enjoying daylight.

The air conditioning unit was not adjustable and made our room too hot for comfort.

I stayed at Bilitom for a week-long business trip and I was highly satisfied. The location was ideal for my purposes and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The dinner options were also great, with fresh and delicious food. The salads, in particular, were a standout. The hotel provided a wonderful view and the overall security was top-notch. I will definitely recommend Bilitom for future visits.

The restaurant views were exceptional and the food was fresh. I would recommend staying in the deluxe room to have a window, as the smaller rooms have no natural light. , easy parking and good security provide peace of mind.

Noise traveled easily between rooms and outside, making it difficult to sleep at times. The breakfast was poor with limited options and not covered food.
